Note from the founder
I'm Elysia, the heart behind Studio Quar's creative space. My journey into design began with a simple gift—a camera from my grandfather. This set the stage for my exploration of how our surroundings shape our reality.
With my heritage rooted in an ex-coal mining town, I intimately understand the challenges and resilience of communities affected by economic decline; I became driven to help others recognise the importance of their vision - and sustaining it. The interplay between humanity and nature in these post-industrial environments became a daily fascination, with camera in tow, a deep-seated desire to cultivate intentional creation and prosperity amidst adversity was ignited. It is from this perspective, born out of empathy and respect for the human experience and our natural world, that Studio Quar emerged—an ode to minds attuned to intentional creation and prosperity.
